I had read about how good it is to scrape your tongue first thing in the morning, but had never tried it before using this copper one.
It quite extraordinary! It is really easy to use with 2 handle ends, and it’s crazy the amount of residue that it does scrape off. I now use this every morning as soon as I wake up and it feels like a really clean and great start to the day.

This mat baguette has been a game changer for me. I travel a lot with my yoga mat, and I find most carry bags really uncomfortable to carry as well as being quite awkward. THIS HAS CHANGED MY LIFE!

This crystal pyramid is such a beautiful addition to my sound collection. I love how easy it is to use and that it comes with a reliable carry bag and beater too. I have actually been using it for my at home practice as well as with clients and it’s harmonic crystal tones serve so beautifully for both.

After receiving this beautiful Bengal mat, I have used it at home and in my garden for my own practice, and also taken it out to class and I LOVE IT!!!!

Wow this essential oil smells incredible. I have been using it before my meditation practice and whenever I need a moment to relax and it has such a soothing scent.
Also the quality is very high. I have had many essential oil blends but this one soars above the rest!
