Her consultancy crafts bespoke retreats, workshops, and training programs, bringing her global expertise to leading companies like David Lloyd Clubs, MSC Cruises, TUI, Wilson and Warner Hotels.
Carlie's passion lies in fostering holistic well-being. Having worked across 10 countries, she champions a balanced approach to physical, mental, and emotional health. This philosophy lays the foundation for a sustainable and fulfilling life, allowing individuals to thrive.
With a dedication to empowering others, Carlie guides individuals towards their healthiest, happiest selves. Her diverse skillset includes certifications in baby massage, children's yoga, adult wellness practices (yoga, meditation, sound therapy, Tai Chi, Qigong, and breathwork), making her a well-rounded wellness expert.

Born and bought up in India, Aditya's entrepreneurial spirit has led him to invest in diverse sectors leading to a background in Technology, Healthcare and Wholesale.
His innate understanding of Indian culture, language and traditions means that we are in the unique position as a brand which is just as British as it is Indian. This also helps us in making sure that we are true to our Wellness and Spiritual roots.
