It’s the perfect size for transportation without being too heavy! The quality is so good, and it is SUPER GRIPPY which I love. So many mats I struggle with my hands slipping around but not the Bengal Yoga Mat!

As a reasonably beginner at yoga, this mat is very good and helping me in some of the moves. No sticking feet, no movement in there mat and it’s comfy.
It’s incredible, the best mat I’ve used
I'm a complete yoga novice, however I knew the one thing that I needed in a mat was non slip! The reviews for this were good and claimed to be non slippy. I thought it was reasonably priced because I do believe you get what you pay for so I didn't want a mega cheap mat but I also didnt want to pay over £100. It arrived quickly and I can confirm that it is indeed non-slip. I love it and 100% recommend it!

Ive been teaching and practicing yoga for 20 years and I can honestly say this is the best mat for grip - the idea to weave the jute into the rubber is unique and makes for a really enjoyable and grippy surface to practice on. I also love that the mat is completely natural - you can really feel it - and made in India supporting local communities.
